Message	details of the warranty. They like (HPS, Axxis etc) have a lifetime warranty against defects - IE the pad breaks in half in your caliper or it turns to liquid or some other such failure. However they do not carry a "wear" warranty. If you can get the idiot behind the counter to give you new pads for your old ones then great but odds are who ever needs to sign off on the return will tell you to get lost. In the meantime you're using a shitty pad.
